Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan beton ramah lingkungan berbasis limbah industri serta mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja mekanik, durabilitas, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Material limbah meliputi fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), silica fume, waste glass powder, dan copper slag sebagai substitusi sebagian semen Portland. Metode menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental laboratorium dengan variasi substitusi 0%–30% serta pengujian pada beton segar dan beton keras. Parameter uji mencakup workability, kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah, kuat lentur, permeabilitas air, penetrasi klorida, serta ketahanan terhadap lingkungan agresif. Analisis keberlanjutan dilakukan melalui estimasi emisi karbon dioksida dan konsumsi energi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan limbah industri meningkatkan kinerja beton pada kadar substitusi tertentu. Kuat tekan meningkat signifikan pada variasi menengah akibat reaksi pozzolanik dan densifikasi struktur mikro. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada kuat tarik dan kuat lentur melalui kombinasi material yang optimal. Durabilitas meningkat melalui penurunan permeabilitas serta peningkatan ketahanan terhadap ion klorida dan serangan kimia. Dari sisi lingkungan, substitusi semen menurunkan emisi karbon dan konsumsi energi secara signifikan. Komposisi optimum berada pada rentang substitusi menengah yang memberikan keseimbangan terbaik antara kekuatan, ketahanan, dan dampak lingkungan. Penelitian ini menegaskan beton limbah sebagai solusi konstruksi berkelanjutan.
